I think of art as an energy. The artist’s job is to create and spread positive energy. Because of this the artist needs to be a good person.
Art presents us the ability to understand life and ourselves. Those that succeed understand that art is a wide path to the creative. We try to go to different worlds through mediation, prayer, or religious ecstasy, we want to go to unknown worlds. This our condition, art is only the tool.
